Finish localization 
- Add user preferences section to settings
- Make settings page available for all users

- Make it possible for each user to choose their desired language

Cleanup graphql schema, and general refactoring 
- Separate graphql `filter` into `paginate` and `order`
- Remove GalleryGroups, replaced by TimelineGallery
- Fix Apollo cache such that sorting works again

- photo to media
- photo_url to media_url
